What type of massage or treatment is right for me?

This very much depends on the result you are looking for. If you would like to relax and be pampered then hot stone massage, relaxing massage, aromatherapy or a Indian head massage would be ideal. You can also combine different treatments into a bespoke treatment just for you. If you are wanting to correct a postural dysfunction, deal with muscle tension or help with an ongoing injury then sports or remedial massage would be more suitable.

How do I book and pay for my treatment?

You can either book by contacting us through the contact page or calling 07821431876. Payment can be made at the time of booking online or by cash on the day of the treatment. Please note that bookings over £60 and block bookings must be paid in advance.

Do you offer any discounts or special offers?

Block bookings of 4 treatments of the same type entitle you to 1 session for free at the equal value or less (or pay the difference to book a higher value treatment). We have different special offers on at different times during the year. What should I expect on the first session?
